The Program

Join us in May to get to know more members and have some fun!

Part of the beauty of FEW is seeing so many new and familiar faces throughout the year. But there is never enough time to talk to everyone! As part of our mission to provide a forum for networking, support and friendship, in May we want to focus on getting to know each other. So this month instead of inviting a guest speaker, YOU are the main event. Whether a member or a guest, you’ll enjoy the chance to share experiences and interests through a structured evening at the FEW World Café.

This month, to enhance movement, dining will be a seated buffet instead of our usual served meal. There will be a mixer activity (chocolate involved!) ongoing between 6-7pm that you can join in when you arrive. This is a great chance to introduce the dynamic and interesting women of FEW to a friend or colleague—why not bring a guest with you?

Appetizer

Salad station
Seafood and orange salad with green pepper corn
Macaroni salad
Rice and chorizo sausage salad
Cherry tomato and eggplant salad flavored with basil (Vegan)
Mixed green salad, tomato, cucumber, daikon, carrot, red onion, garlic croutons (Vegan)
Minted orange dressing, French dressing, Italian dressing, oil and vinegar

Soup

Asparagus cream soup with crouton
Breads basket, butter and extra virgin olive oil

Main dish

Pan fried salmon fillet with marinara sauce
Fillet of white fish and asari clam cooked in white wine aqua pazza style
Fillet of sole Dugléré
Mushroom duxelles, carrot, leek and bell pepper spring rolls with basil flavored tomato coulis (Vegan)
Tofu and Konjac glazed with miso paste, kinome leaf (Vegan)

Black sesame mascarpone cheese mousse
