Positive Thinking for Quality Life - Lalita Pathela
For those of our members who attended our February meeting, you will know what a wonderful speaker Lalita is. This time she will be speaking about positive thinking.
With spring just around the corner, we could all take the opportunity to get rid of the winter blues and freshen up our minds and attitudes for the upcoming warm weather - and the socialising that come with it! This workshop will be conducted in two 90 min sessions with a break for lunch.
The first session will concentrate on exploring the mind and thoughts as well as recognizing the influences on thinking. The second session will deal will developing positive self awareness and positivity in action. Life will never be without it's challenges. Knowing how to create a positive attitude can change a problem into an opportunity and make life seem less difficult and more enjoyable. Through discussion, reflection and visual exercises, this workshop will help you explore the power and influence of thought and the impact of a positive attitude.We will also look to the underlying spiritual rinciples that help maintain positivity in our daily lives.
