We all know that positive thoughts, and actions benefit others, make us feel good and create a pleasant atmosphere. Situations do confront us though, where we seem to be overwhelmed as to how to respond. Becoming positive allows us to overcome obstacles, prepares us for difficult situations, and cultivates ability to balance in the ups and downs of life. This workshop is held over two weekends encompassing the following 5 lessons:
Lesson 1. The power and effect of thoughts
Lesson 2. Mind- Intellect- Sub-consciousness, Habits and Addictions
Lesson 3. Feminine and Masculine ways of thinking,
Lesson 4. Limited and unlimited thinking/narrow-mindedness
Lesson 5. 8 spiritual powers to apply for a positive lifestyle in practical everyday life
