How can we leverage diversity to strengthen our organizations? What are the barriers preventing us from fully appreciating diversity in society? In November, Mariko Kitao will discuss how diversity is managed in Japan and why many organizations are banking on increased diversity resulting in improved performance.
Ms. Kitao developed her career over 20 years at Proctor & Gamble in Kobe, where her most recent position was Diversity Manager for Northeast Asia. She currently works as an Independent Diversity Consultant.
