If you are interested in a little psychological self-discovery of how your personality type drives your thinking and behavior, join us!

Our half-day workshop will enable you to increase your self-awareness and adaptability by gaining insights into why you typically do what you do, and how you can modify your actions to develop better communication and collaboration with others.

This interactive, practical and fun workshop will introduce you to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the world’s most widely used personality assessment. Based on Carl Jung’s theory of personality type, MBTI will give you an immediate understanding of your own preferences of how you interact with the world and how you make decisions. By building your appreciation of the strengths of the different thinking, working and communication styles, you will be able to apply your learnings to better communicate, make decisions, manage change and conflict, thus improve your relationships at work and at home.

CHIC is located on Rokko Island, accessible from Island Center station on the Rokko Liner. http://chickobe.com/wordpress/?page_id=79
