Take a Mindful Break with FEW
As we continue in these unusual times, and it is easy to be driven by the day-to-day tasks in the midst of constant change. Give yourself a chance to settle in to the present moment by joining us for a short mindfulness practice hosted by FEW member Leigh Kennedy.
Leigh will lead us in some gentle body movements and breathing. No special equipment is required. Please wear comfortable clothes, and join us from a space in your home where you can sit and stretch comfortably. Leigh will include some reflection time, so have a pen and paper or a favorite journal nearby.
The Mindful Break will run from 8:00-9:00p.m. It is free of charge and open to FEW members.
A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants about 30 minutes before the start of the event. Please register by 7:00pm on May 27 to ensure you receive the link to join.

Leigh is a licensed clinical social worker as well as a certified yoga instructor. She has a special interest in the power of mindfulness in our daily lives and enjoys creating space where we can practice being mindful together.
